本行發現有騙徒冒用本行名義發送釣魚電郵，意圖進行詐騙。該電郵聲稱收件人或其公司違反《香港版權條例》，並夾帶含有病毒的附件。本行特此聲明，上述電郵並非由本行發出。如閣下收到此類電郵，請勿開啟附件，也不要聯絡自稱為本行的法律代表。如有懷疑或已受影響，閣下可向警方報告該事件。

It has come to our attention that certain individuals have unlawfully used our name to distribute phishing emails with the intent to deceive their recipients. These emails falsely allege that the recipients have violated the Hong Kong Copyright Ordinance and include attachments embedded with viruses. Please be advised that these emails were not sent by Morley Chow Seto. We have reported the matter to the police. If you have any concerns or believe you have been affected, please report the incident to the police.
